Deej will be shown as part of the Astoria NY Film Festival!
Educator and Film Maker Marc D. Lyons and Educator and Digital/TV Producer and former Sundance Film Festival Digital Producer Nina Fiore created Film Making workshops for underrepresented youth in the Astoria NY community, and realized there was also a strong interest in the community for a congregation of Emerging Film Makers.  They therefore began the Astoria Film Collaborative, which naturally evolved into a Film Festival to highlight the works of the many talented emerging artists in Astoria, NY and around the world.  

Proceeds from the Festival will go towards the Astoria Film Festival Children's Film Production Program, which benefits under-represented youth interested in film careers.
